Baeed Travel & Tourism

Greece Visa

Sudanese passport holders need a Schengen Type C visa to enter Greece, whether for tourism, visiting family, or transit. At Baeed, we provide you with full support to prepare your file and required documents correctly to maximize your chances of approval.

Important Notice About Where to Apply

Since the outbreak of the war in Sudan in April 2023, the Greek embassy in Khartoum has suspended normal consular operations. This means applying for a Greek Schengen visa is no longer possible inside Sudan, and Sudanese applicants must currently apply at the nearest Greek mission or accredited visa application center in a third country, most commonly Cairo, Egypt.

Required Documents

  • A valid passport with at least 3 months validity beyond the return date
  • A completed and signed visa application form
  • Two recent passport-size photos meeting Schengen specifications
  • Travel medical insurance covering the entire Schengen stay
  • Round-trip flight reservation
  • Proof of accommodation booking (hotel or invitation letter)
  • Bank statement proving financial capability
  • Proof of employment or student status
  • A cover letter explaining the purpose of travel

Processing Time

The embassy typically processes applications within 15 to 30 business days after submission. However, since applicants must travel to a third country such as Cairo to submit their application, we recommend budgeting extra time for travel, booking, and in-person attendance well ahead of your planned trip.

How Baeed Helps You

We understand that applying from outside Sudan adds complexity for Sudanese travelers. That's why Baeed provides you with complete guidance on the nearest Greek mission where you can apply, help booking your interview appointment, preparing and reviewing all your documents before submission, and coordinating your required flight, accommodation, and insurance bookings — saving you time and effort.
