No visa-issuing Finnish embassy in Khartoum
Finland maintains only an Honorary Consulate General in Khartoum, and this consulate has no authority to issue visas. As a result, all Sudanese applicants must apply through the Embassy of Finland in Cairo, Egypt, which is the authorized office for handling Schengen visa applications from Sudanese passport holders.
