Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the return date, with at least two blank pages
- Completed and signed visa application form
- Two recent passport-size photos meeting Schengen specifications
- Travel health insurance covering the full trip with a minimum coverage of €30,000
- Proof of accommodation or invitation (hotel booking or invitation letter)
- Round-trip flight reservation or travel itinerary
- Proof of financial means (bank statement for the last 3 months)
- Proof of employment, study, or business status
- Confirmed appointment at the authorized application center outside Sudan
