Who Does This Apply To?
The measure applies to all travelers passing through Entebbe Airport without exception:
- Travelers arriving in Uganda (Inbound).
- Travelers departing from Uganda (Outbound).
- Travelers transiting through Entebbe Airport to another destination (Transit).

Why This Measure Now?
